Our course certificates are valid and accepted by health departments in Ontario.
2. Course Enrollment Duration
Students have 30 days from enrollment to complete the final exam. Failure to do so will result in enrollment expiration.
3. Minimum Exam Score Requirement
A passing score of 70% on the final exam is required to earn the Food Handler Certification. Once passed, the certificate is available for immediate download (no mailed copies).
4. Proctored Final Exam
The final exam is proctored via webcam, and a valid photo ID is required for identity verification. Proctoring ensures exam security, verifies the test-taker’s identity, and prevents cheating.
5. Free Retest Attempts
Students are entitled to free retest attempts as part of the course fee. However, failure to follow exam rules may incur a $25+tax retest fee.
6. No Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once the course has started, defined as when any course material is accessed. Progress is tracked via checkboxes next to each material.
7. General Disclaimer
